Laura Shoalts, President

a health claims case manager by day, helping members with everything from understanding and navigating their coverage to locating, and understanding, other coverage options for their unique situations. I am a mother, friend and the occasional voice of reason when needed.

My passion is people. From a young age I have always been the caring child, putting others before myself, always willing to serve wherever I was able to and to teach others. That passion has reigned true within my position on the health insurance industry and will now be focused on growing our younger generations.

I am the mother of a beautiful 5 year old little girl, and wife to wonderful husband of 8 years (and counting!). I am a devout Christian, avid reader of books - I especially love self-help books and suspense novels! I love to cook and enjoy knowing that others have enjoyed my cooking! I am always willing to listen and learn about others, as I believe that the key to knowing how and when to help is by simply being an open ear and available shoulder.

Tiffany Clark (T. Nicole), Vice President

is a Dallas native and proud Texas A&M University-Commerce alumnus, where she graduated with her B.S. degree in Sociology with a minor in counseling in 2010. She went on to earn her Master’s degree in Management with an emphasis in higher education from National American University in 2015. Over the past ten years Tiffany has had the pleasure of helping people change their lives through education.

While she always had a passion for learning, she often struggled as a young woman with recognizing and owning her inner and outside beauty. It wasn’t until after she graduated that she discovered her love for event planning and makeup artistry and started her own business. The joy she found in immersing herself in things she loved along with sound guidance from strong women helped her gain self-confidence; that new found confidence began to transform her from the inside. She realized that if used properly; education and mentorship can be a powerful yet positive tool. Because of that realization, Tiffany has dedicated herself to helping young women realize, enhance, feel, and celebrate who they are and their beauty through education, self-exploration and mentorship.

She’s beyond excited and blessed to work with Go Girls, Inc. to grow and connect with young women in their community in a deeper way.
